What are good gifts for children aged 5-7 and 8-12 and 15-17?
Every year my husband and I donate money to the couple and the pantry shelters are in our city. This year, two of the most famous was asked if, instead of money can buy gifts. They gave us the age groups 5-7, 8-12 and 15-17. We have also received a list of what toys should or should not. What was: everything could be a unisex toy would be better, no small parts, not there are games or movies rated higher than PG & E or nothing, where parents have to spend money in the future to continue (as a "pay-as-you-go cell phone). My children are [very young still play with preschool toys] and I have nephews and nieces who are in an age group [so I have one - but is convinced that all children, no matter how old wants an iPod, if not very helpful]. Suggestions? I'm kind of at a loss and wanted this to be done this weekend. Please any suggestions!

Wow Girl your a teenager soon..you should be aloud to go to the mall and movies..i am 14 and i have learned heaps of stuff at the mall, like how to handle my own money and deal with things, but about your father, originally my dad wouldn’t let me go too, all you have to do is talk it through with him, this might sound crazy, but its true…but if your scared he might no listen ask someone else too, like your mum or older sister, or maby a relative, i asked my grandma to ask my dad cause i was way too scared..lol.
