The movie doesn’t have to be from Palestine but anywhere, France, The Netherlands, etc.. I know there are none in the USA because no one would allow it to be made.

And you are wrong about your statement that no one will allow it to be made. It’s just that Palestinians are too busy with other stuff to work on something creative.
