Is it hypocritical for a Christian to watch movies with profanity, violence and murder?
What is the purpose of watching movies? Is it for pleasure?
The Bible speaks mainly of filtering we feed our souls, but in my opinion, not bad in a universal sense. Lessons Jesus can be summed up in two "rules": love one another, and follow him. If you think you see these films you from doing either of those two things, you should not. Ultimately it is your own conviction. No one can you say you're good or not. Or rather, no human being can do.
