movie studios: discuss, from a feminist perspective, why "Thelma and Louise" sucked so bad?
I found the deeply disturbing film because it showed that two images of women: Good Girl or a prostitute, and the whole subject was very dark, violent and misogynistic. In addition, women as more literary (?) characters when they "broke", had to be destroyed. Re: Anna Karenina, a single woman is not to good. I hated this movie and felt I saw it. "Thelma and Louise" were done nothing for the rights of the new, and I do not like hearing it referred to as a feminist film. I could not even look at Brad Pitt in the years (I'm in this part, though:) Good luck
