What is the view of Europeans on the status of your films?

I'm a fan of foreign films, but I think a lot Movie Europeans are boring without a bit of intrigue. So maybe I just saw the movie wrong, or that Hollywood has ruined my taste, I reject any application of ethnocentrism as I found a lot of Japanese films, at least in the very watchable. What I know is if the Europeans Eurofilms sample? If not, why not improve quality? I am aware that many films are eligible, would this affect quality? Or maybe I'm missing something?

Europe, bollywood, Japan and many other countries have a thriving film industry. Just look at the number that Oscar win. The only reason the U.S. dominates the world of cinema because they have the numbers and money on their side. U.S. films seems to be dominated by violence and similar genre. Many European films require a little imagination and sophistication and are fully enjoyable. So much so that there are libraries of DVD busiest European films with the United States. Europe does not want quick adrenaline fix plans. They like American movies when they come, but only see them once or twice.
