Cork is an ideal city for festivals
The second city of the Republic of Ireland Cork, Dublin is the first.
It is built on an island, two channels of the River Lee, which covers both sides, while the nineteenth-century suburban sprawl over the surrounding hills. This gives the city a compact design and definition clear.
Cork City origins in the seventh century, when St. Finbarr founded a monastery and school on the site of the impressive Gothic cathedral nineteenth century St. Finbarr today. A settlement grew around the monastic foundation, resulting in a mangrove swamp in the middle of the day. More recently, Cork has seen much violence and suffering for the Irish Civil War and Anglo-Saxon cities of republican history is well documented in the local museum.

Theres also an international festival of choral music at the beginning of May a festival in September and a festival of theater and dance outside in late October.

There are plenty of holes good irrigation in the city and if all you want is a drink, do not need a guide to finding a place where some of the citys oldest pubs worth visiting for its atmosphere. Many bars have music, traditional or otherwise. Wherever you are, it is a difficult city for fun.
