Klipsch Quintet III or Cinema 6 PLEASE HELP!?
I purchased the Synergy quintet klipsh 3 and 10. I read CNET and were drooling over her, but then film had a final local store home theater up for sale about 6 price.WHICH it is the best? I really want one of them, but I have no idea who get all b / c the film is twice the 6 Things to do the same price recommended by the manufacturer. Also cinema 6 speakers in the center is small ….. sorry …. for all the details, but PLEASE HELP! Thank you very much! some of u coincides with the six Klipsch cinema ….. I do not think that cinema 6 system (and not listed on the site or Klipsch). First, let me say that I support Klipsch speakers. I do not think you can go wrong. But what is better? The Quintet III rave reviews, while 6 is the film a bit of an unknown. Although both are small systems technology surround sound is very different. The Cinema 6 is more conventional (woofer and dome tweeter small titanium) and is very efficient (89 dB). Tweeter has the Quintet III Klipsch Horn of Hallmark and is slightly less effective (90.5 dB). The difference in efficiency means you need a little less power to achieve the same volume with the Cinema 6 System … but this is not really important (94 dB would be). The Quintet III satellites have a frequency response slightly larger than the Cinema 6 (-23 vs 110 116 kHz to 20 kHz, both + or – 3 dB). Cinema 6 center has a slightly lower frequency response (more overlap with the sub) as the Quintet III (105 vs 120 Hz), which could suggest a benefit. Moreover, two woofers may be preferable to a given the importance of the center channel in 5.1. The real difference is in the subwoofer. The Synergy 10 subwoofer handles up to 28 Hz when the Cinema 6 in the system is limited to 35 Hz Both have a top of 120 Hz is a difficult decision, but the subwoofer apparently higher, leads me to the Quintet. Add to that tests fine and the ability to say the system has the world's smallest horn-loaded and looking for Quintet III Cinema 6. That said, I decided to listen and go with my gut.
