Is there learning in the theater?
I was wondering if anyone knew of the theaters with apprentaceships (not theater actors) to work as props in the wings, costumes and scenery. I live like half an hour from downtown Louisville and an hour, I know this is a long journey, but we have nothing where I live. Am visiting with the department of theater accessories tommorrw Louisville players to get an idea of accessories for the theater. I have little honestley expeience in a theater area, I am interested in learning but because I think it would be a fun career that he could enter. Actors Theatre is so far away and I was wondering if anyone knew of any apprentaceships other theaters where he could learn the craft, or perhaps in some universities that offer these types of courses ky. There are many places offering learning. More specifically, in Kentucky, is a theater actor as well, but there are also several other theaters as they could.
