80′s Movies On Dvd

"A Few Good Men" is the first-class drama and intrigue combined with high quality, the superstar cast. It gives you an idea of how whose films before, when was only a story, characters and drama does not have to go and extensive CGI. This film is based on the work of the same name by Aaron Sorkin (who would later to "The West Wing) and you can see the roots of this story in the film with his playing character parts base. However, it is the honor of Rob Reiner that expanded the film to be a work of living and working as a movie. All you really click with this movie, including the distribution of stars that appear to have challenged each other to get their best work to the screen. In general, this is not a film to be missed.
The film makes us aware of what appears be a simple murder mystery, two Marines are accused of intentionally killing another Marine at their base in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. Tom Cruise is Lt. Coffee is in charge of the case and tries at first to the request to negotiate the best deal for their clients, but finally was forced to look more closely at the Lieutenant Commander Joanne Galloway shaker (Demi Moore). He is accompanied by his friend Kevin Pollack and three closer look, the more realize they have barely scratched the surface of this complex case, which may actually involve the commander of Guantánamo Bay, Colonel Jessop (Jack Nicholson), due to an order implies that the two squares to give the victim of a form of discipline called "Code Red."
This type of immediate history that draws its plot. A history where nothing seems to be delicious when properly executed and "A Few Good Men" does not disappoint. History works so well, not only because it is so well built, both in the form of scenarios and their direction, but the dialogue and action is also on the site. View a list of stars cruise, Moore and Nicholson, with the support of Pollack amptly, Bacon, Sutherland and the late JT Walsh is a joy, with each picture, since enjoyed working with a solid material. Scenes from the courtroom, despite its static nature, are the strongest of the lot, the most famous final scene between Cruise and Nicholson. Given their game character and plot driven, the film is also a series of twists and surprises that are not required to show the film more enjoyable.
Performance management in all areas are excellent. Tom Cruise, if not annoying in his role insolent Top Gun-esque, is on site with its character Daniel of coffee. We Cruises growth as a character in this film, almost as if it were a vehicle for the transportation of their first 80 functions to something more complex and profound. Demi Moore and Kevin Pollack brilliant work that the team Legal brown, with Kevin Bacon in the role of the DA very well, trying to experts outmanouevre coffee on every corner. Sutherland Kiefer is just unfortunate that Lt. Kendrick, but the real power of performance comes from none other than Jack Nicholson. It is only in the movie maybe 30 minutes but is so strong that leave a lasting impression. His infamous line, "You can not handle the truth!" It has consistently cited in popular culture.
The film looks great and as I said before, Reiner credit is that this is really "a movie." He could very easily be lazy and locked in static assemblies, especially because it is a tragedy judiciary, but Reiner takes us out, including a trip to Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. The film is shot with a sensitivity the old debt loan after the theory that is the style pays tribute to film studio in the old style of the forties and fifties. Great stuff.
An excellent film that will keep you on the edge of your seat through exciting performances and a great story.
